Like everyone told. Its a scam. Try refund. Or chargeback.
Also it's a bad idea to advertise scamsites.
I prefer a whitelist = if needed name all legit sites.
Some scam sites stay long time, a lot of scam sites are only shortlived. They scam and change name shortly after to repeat the process.

It's a scam.
Because they know the customer will NEVER get that information from Valve.
They ask for this information to stall for time. So the timeframe expires for any possible chargebacks.
If you can make a chargeback, do it.
A legit shop can always disable a sold key if the payment were reversed.
