How to acquire date and time a key was used at?
A 3rd party website for purchasing codes provided me with a code that has already been used and they don't want to refund without proof of date and time it was used at , and instead of asking steam that for themselves I need to provide the information.

They provided me a link to support for family view??

So I was wondering if it is even possible for just an average person to get that kind of data ( I have the code) and how would one go about doing it?

this is why you dont buy keys. and only help you can get is to contact that site and ask for refound simple no one here can help

I know but it was a very good deal , and for the refund they require the date and time the code was used to prove

Yeah, when they don't have to pay for what they're selling, it's real easy to give a good deal. You've been scammed. There's no way to get what they're asking. What you save on one key at such sites, you pay double for the other. Stick to legit stores. Such as all of those listed here:

You'll never be given this information.

If you're not going to be given a refund, then you're either SOL or you need to speak with your bank about it being a fraudulent sale. Moreover, don't use shady 3rd parties for this reason.

No, and the scammers you "bought" that key from know this.

Yeah, and the answer is still the same: You have no way to get that information and the scammers you bought that key form know this. The site you mentioned is not an authorized key seller either, see for example:

I think it's more of a warning to others than an advertise but I am gonna remove it anyways and also yeah it is kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥ they require the customer to provide the info instead of them doing it

the info they are asking for they know you wont be able to get. they are trying to keep you running around wasting time so you cant do a chargeback. or annoyed enough to forget you could do a chargeback.

Some scam sites stay long time, a lot of scam sites are only shortlived. They scam and change name shortly after to repeat the process.

They sent you an used up key. It's like selling a gift card, which is used up and has 0 credits on it.

If you can make a chargeback, do it.

A legit shop can always disable a sold key if the payment were reversed.
