HOW CAN I REMOVE RESTRICTIONS IN BUYING ITEMS IN DOTA 2????
its says that i have limited access to steam community, that i have to buy 5USD to remove it, i have 4.96 USD and i bought 2 games that cost P30+. do i have to buy an exact amount of 5 USD or not??

You don't even have to purchase any games, simply adding $5.00 USD to your wallet will be fine.

Some examples of purchases that grant access to these features are:

  • Adding the equivalent of $5 USD or more to your Steam Wallet
  • Purchasing game(s) that are equal to $5 USD or more from the Steam store
  • Adding a Steam Wallet card that is equal to $5 USD or more to your Steam account
  • Purchasing a Steam gift that is equal to $5 USD or more from the Steam store (Receiving a Steam gift or digital gift card from a friend doesn't count)
Each Steam purchase total will be tracked in USD. If your Steam store's currency isn't in USD, it will be tracked and converted to USD automatically using daily exchange rates.

Yes. Head over to the store and find a game that is $1 or under, this will raise your account total over $5.00 USD.

If you use your existing wallet funds, it will not.
If you use an external payment method, it will.


You need to somehow give Valve $5 total from outside Steam.
Spending money that's already in Valve's hands does not count.
