Fair warning that both of these have A LOT of paid DLC, but are no longer in active development, AFAIK (and at least for PWS, those paid DLCs are tied to achievements, might be the case for HF too).

Played Crime Scene Cleaner, and it was... okay? Found it too be fairly finicky with poor lighting and visibility of areas that needed cleaned at times. It was okay, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
The Viscera Cleanup Detail game and expacs might be a good start- they are what almost every cleaning game was inspired by.
Crime Scene Cleaner and Viscera Cleanup Detail are going to have a ton of blood and gore, PowerWash Simulator is just going to be tons of dirt and rust and stains if body parts and serious amounts of blood aren't your thing.
