Hi, I have a problem with animated avatars on Steam.
My animated profile picture and other people’s animated avatars used to work fine, but recently they all stopped animating on the PC client. On mobile everything works normally.


What I already tried:

1. Restarted Steam

2. Disabled/enabled hardware acceleration

3. Deleted steamui and cef folders

4. Cleared download cache

5. Deleted htmlcache and GPUCache

6. Checked compatibility mode (everything is disabled)

7. Updated GPU drivers (RTX 4060)

8. No launch options are set

9. No special flags like -no-gpu

10. Other people's avatars are also frozen, not just mine

Nothing helped so far.
The issue seems to be only with the PC client because my Steam mobile app shows animations correctly.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix for PC animations?
