The new minimal commission has destroy the Steam market for cheap items in the regions
I don't know how things are in the US or Europe, but the Russian market for cheap items now dead. You are forced to pay a huge Steam tax, which is several times greater than the price of many items.

In Russia the commission is equal to 2,31 rub. At the same time, many items were previously sold for less than 0,2 rub. For one ruble you could buy several items Don't Starve Together or stikers CS2. But not now. Want 10 cheap items? Need 23 rubles.

An example of how it works:

You buy the item for 2,31 rub
The salesman will receive 0.77 rub
Valve is taking over 1,54 rub

Is this even normal?
In fact, we overpay for once cheap items, and Valve takes the profit for itself.
I'm happy for those who live in countries where this minimum commission is negligible. But regional markets will now overpay.

Valve, is it really impossible to leave the minimum price adaptive to the region?

Hopefully it's just a bug.

Looks like the minimum in USD is $0.03 (that's 1 cent to Valve, 1 cent to the game developer, and 1 cent to me).

Looks like that's very close to the minimum price in rubles at the current exchange rate.
