My computer has packed up will I have to buy Age of Empires for another computer
My computers hard drive is full and when playing Age of Empires after a few minuites it packs up. It has run out of hard drive space. And because I moved from Windows 10 to Windows 11 that file used up all the space. Who do I contact at Steam to find out if I can transfer to a new computer or do I have to buy it again.

buy more storage space, but yes your games can be reinstalled on a new pc. that is why you have the steam client,

No you dont need to rebuy the game.
Just install the steam client on your new pc.
Log in to the steam client and download your game from your steam library on to your new pc.

Games and other content on your Steam account are tied to your account, not your computer.
Simply login to your account on the computer and you will have access again.

And if the game supports Steam Cloud, the saves will be available automatically.
