Never going to happen.
I mean Valve could fix a lot of the problems such as not automatically hogging every bit of bandwidth you have if you try to download something instead of hoping people that without being told that within settings if you go to download, you can manually throttle it... they will figure this out on their own.
Hint: I didn't know this, for fifteen ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ years.
Didn't you know? Valve can read minds, so obviously if they cared even a fraction about catering to our every whim, there's no need at all to explain anything in a clear and concise manner. Or even do it without threats or an ounce of decorum.
You could just limit the amount of bandwidth steam uses in the settings? I mean I can't help you if you didn't just 'look in the settings'
