Must be a problem in my Settings then. I'm not getting the squiggly red line, nor the alternative spellings

Debian Testing; red squiggly appeared as soon as I pressed space.

Can't seem to find Spellcheck option appiying to Forum posts in Settings (just for in 'Friends and Chat')

Try this in this Steam client.

1. go to the forum and right click any post, choose open link in new tab
2. go to the new tab and paste the following chrome://settings by pressing ctrl V
3. press enter
4. go to the left and choose languages
then figure out what you want to add and enable/disable

that fixed it for me.

Rightclicking a post gives me the following options only:
Back, Forward, Reload, And Copy Page URL

Ah, using embedded Google Chrome's own features against it. If only Valve had developed their browser in-house they would know all the settings and how to expose them to the user so we could change them.
I'll give it a try.
The Google settings page does come up, I just have no idea what I'm adjusting. Research for tomorrow I guess.
