Different price in store and in shopping cart
Hi, I bought Age of Mythology and saw that the Anniversary Pack was available for €32, so I thought I'd get a refund since I hadn't played it. But when I added the pack to my cart, the price changed from €32 to €69! I thought it was because I requested a refund and the €32 price was because I already had a game from the pack, but I immediately canceled my refund and the price in the store is still €32 and the price in my cart is still €69! It doesn't make sense. Is this some kind of Steam trick, or am I missing something?

You might want to link to the bundle you're talking about.

You either misread the price or put it in your cart as the sale was ending but didn't go to purchase it until after the sale ended. The shopping cart doesn't freeze prices.

It's possible the publisher put the wrong price in for the bundle and changed it when the error was noticed too.

There's other possibilities, but it's not a trick. Valve doesn't set prices though, or put non-valve games on sale. That's all managed by the product owner.

I don't think you understood me.
It's a shame you can't attach screenshots.
In the store, the package price is shown as €32. In the cart, with the package added, it changes to €69. I've emptied the cart, canceled the refund... The price simply changes from what's shown in the store to what appears in the cart at checkout. It might be some kind of marketing trick, but if it's not outright fraud, it's certainly misleading.

You were offered it for that price, since already owned the game. Moment you removed said game from account, you no longer own it in the bundle, thus price went up.
