FYI, I am posting to this in case it helps someone. I am in Cyprus and my download region was Greece which is the closest geographically. I got about 3Mbps of download speed at best. I tried to switching to Germany which is much further geographically and now I am getting over 100Mbps consistently! That was counterintuitive to me but I am posting this in case it helps someone, if you are getting much slower speeds than your bandwidth, maybe try changing regions!
