Ask on the game forum for risk of rain 2. I see they just updated the game with that array thing, so you may have to tell the developers. Steam is not responsibile for what the developers of the game does, so posting here is useless.

The Risk of Rain 2 developers and personnel won't see this, Steam won't intrude on their decisions and they typically don't reply to threads anyway and it will be coincidental whether Risk of Rain 2 players even see this or not.

Ask in the games own forums for all game related threads.

And that is why i said it in my first post to contact the developers on their steam game forum.

those devs dont read their forums... and i was asking <the other steam users> if any1 had any issues also... if you didnt... just dont comment?

In case you hadn't noticed, this is a user to user sub-forum. You make a post, anyone can comment. And if no one comments, your post will be quickly buried by new posts and people generally focus on the first pages. If anything, you should be glad your post generates enough activity to keep it relevant.

You should ask other "Risk of Rain 2" players and try to find someone who can help. Posting in general and just saying that you can't host with a VPN probably won't help, the majority of us are not familiar with how "Risk of Rain 2's" hosting works.

If you can't find anyone to help you, try looking up tutorials and figure out the issue yourself.

Keep in mind that technically according to the Steam Subscriber Agreement that using a VPN is grounds for your account to be disabled. In other words, ask this in the game's forum, not in a general one that cannot help you.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I remember that VPNs aren’t allowed during purchases because of regional pricing. Other than that, VPNs are fine.

As I said, technically the wording of a SSA forbids ALL use of VPNs.

i will rather suggest to ask in the game forum of question.
