Creating a ticket is a hell
Guys, does anyone know how to create a ticket for a non-specific problem?
Somehow I managed to create a ticket for my Fences 5 missing content issue(the DLC is gone), but Steam closed that ticket even though the problem still isn’t solved. Stardock isn’t helping either, they keep sending me back to Steam. And Steam closed the ticket without providing any help and without a mutually agreed closure. But now i cant get passed the Help wizard.

Anyone? Thanks in advance.

reply: I can confirm that you own a copy of the DLC on your Steam account.

Based on the error message from your screenshot, the content is currently activated on another computer.

As much as I would like to help you with this, however, this title was not developed by Valve, we here at Steam Support do not have the tools or insight to effectively troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing.

We recommend you to continue working with the Fences 5 - Multi-Device Upgrade support as they will have more detailed information on how to troubleshoot issues with their game.

I'm sorry that we can't be of more help.

Because we have provided all the information we have for your issue I'm closing this help request. If you have an unrelated issue please open a new help request and we will be happy to help.

But there is no Fences 5 multi device upgrade support and the dlc is msising from my library

They gave you the answer,

You probably don't have your Stardock account enabled as that's primarily how Stardock's software authorizes your different machines

You probably want to post on the Stardock forums as they are more active there and can address issues with your activation issues

it seems it should activate if you have a license for it

i have 3 laptops, fences 5 with the multie-upgrade DLC. The DLC is missing in my account and i can only use Fences 5 at one pc. So they didnt give me the answer, they didnt even examine the problem decent. If you got a multi devices lcience, one should be able to isntall and use it at more than 1 device. Neither do i get a notification to disable registration at a device. And the problems started a week or 2 ago, it worked fine before that.

And its still not a Steam issue that is why they are telling you that they can't help.

Ask here - it's their program they should be able to help you.

IMO Valve at least has an obligation to help you with this ticket or contacting the company (for 30%, they can write some emails...), but they are running too lean, and the forums are used as free labor. More concerning are the amount of people here purely for negative reasons, or that defend Valve no matter what they do, exacerbating the problem.

Tell Steam and Stardock that they are just pointing fingers back and forth and you need help.

Stardock may actually have more employees than Valve despite being a much smaller/less powerful company, this could make this difficult, and it's why so many criticize overly lean business cultures. You have to be assertive here imo

You must be the kind of person who goes to walmart and screams at them for help hooking up your TV, as if it's the stores responsibility just because they sell it
