The rule is extraordinary simple: if a game has questionable content X, then uploading screenshots of X is fine. If a game doesn't contain questionable content X, then it's not fine. So were you to, let's say, install a gore mod for Horse Farm, you should not upload screenshots of it. Should you install an ice cream mod, you could upload screenshots as ice cream isn't questionable. It really is THAT simple!
We're talking about uploading here, not taking. When it comes to taking screenshots, do whatever you want.
And game dev and/or support can moderate screenshots/artwork with nudity in game hubs not marked mature for nudity or sexual content.
Frequent Violence or Gore (2), General Mature Content (5) is not the same as Some Nudity or Sexual Content (1), Adult Only Sexual Content (3), Frequent Nudity or Sexual Content (4).
Idk man. I feel like if I edit the game to add the most incomprehensibly horrendous stuff, I should be allowed to upload it. . . . thats a joke btw . . .

"This game is marked as 'Adult Only'. You are seeing this game because you have set your preferences to allow this content."
---
This above disclaimer will be below the game's storefront videos and screenshots if the game is marked as "Adult only" by Steam.
Hatred is marked as "Adult Only" by the ESRB, but not by Steam, which has rated it "Mature", requiring only that you enter your birth date before reaching the storefront page.
Then you will be able to provide a screenshot of the storefront page with that "Adults Only" disclaimer to demonstrate that you are correct.
However if you are looking at the Black And White "AO" that is the ESRB Rating.
Your claims don't match up with the facts. You are committing an equivocation fallacy, because "AO" means something different to the ESRB than it does to Steam.
He is looking at the ESRB Rating, which is "AO" and incorrectly equating it to Steam's "AO" rating, which has a different standard.
Are you willing to accept that what Steam calls "AO" and what the ESRB calls "AO" are different things?
Well, it's a body stocking because leery cellmate.
To answer your original question: This game originally, unmodified, does NOT contain nudity of any sort. If you have any nude screenshots of this game that you managed to get by installing a 3rd party mod to modify the original game then NO you can NOT post screenshots of nudity, from a mod, for that game, here on steam.
Or maybe you can explain why you show these images to them? If an audience understands what you are trying to accomplish by showing them those images, they could perhaps be more lenient towards those images.
But if valve did not change stuff then nude pics uploaded to steam are not allowed..... even if the game itself can be bought here.
ESRB rated it AO.... which again is not the same as what Valve considers AO. Which is all that matters for posting nude screenshots.
