Turn off the Adult only part in the settings if it bothers you.
Steam sells video games. Some video games are pornography. Steam only shows those to you if you explicitly tell Steam you want to see the games that are pornography in your store settings.
If you don't like it, don't opt in to see it. Good grief. What is it with people these days refusing to use the options given to them so they don't see things that they're not mature enough for?!
The same can be argued about "shovelware." That's also repetitive. Still, people can make shovelware.
If all of those things were banned then a game in which you build a colony on the edge of civilization and which has become known worldwide for allowing the player to do and roleplay whatever they want, like skin humans and wear clothes made of the material, would never have become one of the most popular game on Steam.
If the hat don't fit you then why are you trying to wear it? Just ignore it.
