I'd like to know if anyone has had or is having the same problem with the Steam Marketplace.
I sold some cards on the Steam Marketplace for 0.03 cents.
But Steam gave me 0 cents from the sale.
I checked the history and it says someone from Kazakhstan and China received them.
I should have received 1 cent for selling 3-cent cards, as usual.
I thought maybe Steam's fees had changed at that point... but NO, because subsequent cards were sold normally. And even if the user (Chinese or Kazakh) had had their currency price drop, they would still have had to pay more at the time of purchase... not less.

So some might think it doesn't matter, just a few cents...
But it's a matter of principle, folks. If I'm three cents short... Steam won't sell me the game, and if the problem applies to multiple trades... the problem is clear.
