You need to go and ask the devs of the game to have them bring it to Steam.

thank you for the reply I'll try. They launched the game through linepod many players played it and because of lag and delay players gave up solid game to be honest.

This has nothing to do with Steam. Bring this up with the game publisher.

They had FreeStyle 2 on steam same publisher but players prefer the FreeStyle 1 because of the balance and pure skill gameplay.
