Statistical Question for a Statistics student's HW
What proportion of steam users upgrade at least one computer part at least once a year?
What is the average amount of money steam users that upgrade their computer parts spend at least once a year?

Assuming your teacher actually asked that, I'd imagine they expect you to go to https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/hwsurvey and do some quick math.
