recently I've been having serious lag issues with steam games that run Unity - VRC, Phasmophobia, Tales of Seikyu to name a few. I tried updating my graphics card, my drivers, and all the general stuff and still I'm getting a lot of lag. I tried rolling back my windows 11 update, repairing it and all the stuff there. Still nothing.

Is anyone else having this issue or know what's going on here? Please let me know how I can fix this.
