I can't cancel iRacing subscription in Steam

When I try to cancel iRacing subscription in account details, I get an error. It says I need to contact support. But support for iRacing redirects me to the official iRacing website. When I check my subscription there, it says it is managed through Steam.

I am in a loop where I am redirected to iRacing and from there back to Steam. How can I can cancel the subscription? Will removing the game permanently from my account cancel the sub?

if you remove your card, though

it will not be able to charge it

if you have wallet funds, i am not sure

you can try going to the game in your purchase history and click

i have a question about this purchase

that is a method to get a person to look at the situation

tell them what is going on and see if they can help that way

edit:forgot to ask where you signed up for the sub, steam or iracing
