Steam regional pricings?!
Why are games on steam more expensive than in USA in my country Bulgaria. Where we are the poorest country in EU since joining. And we have x10 lower wages compared to Switzerland for example. And around x5-x8 to Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, etc. Why are we being charged here the full price when we get so little money? How is it "fair" to charge us 80 euro for a game and in USA which is the (most powerful and richest country in the world) that same game costs 70 USD. How can I make an appeal for this absurdity to be "equalized" in my poor ass country?
I love steam but this is absolute bull.

It also costs 80+ bucks in the USA ,you just dont see it. US users have to pay sales tax on top of the displayed store price which is different depending on the US state they reside in.
In Europe you get the sales tax included in the displayed price, not so in the USA.

As for your prices, your country joined the EU in 2007 and have subscribed to the trade contracts of the EU, meaning price parity between member states.
So you have to pay the same as other EU members like Germany or France.

well there are tax's what needs to be added, then of course it is the gaming dev's what sets the prices and not Valve, i believe Valve only give Dev's a guideline

Valve planned to use Bulgarian Lev as currency, but was scrapped and buried into the legacy graveyard.

Take it as like this , in russia petrol costs 70cents a liter and in eu it is 1.6 eur . It is what it is , you either work harder to get more or move to the place that is cheaper.
