Steam account ID don't change.
There new game releases all the time.
There always someone making new account.
There always someone uploading content all the time.
I think he wants to figure out how many accounts were made each year.
Like "Year one, first account is 00001; year two, first account is 42520; so 42520-1 accounts were made first year."
Or something like that.
Why?
https://steamdb.info/blog/scanning-all-steam-ids/
Thing is there a limit how many can scan, and request in a given session so don't get blocked for period of time. There over billion accounts, another issue is some information been set to private automatically with no way to view that information unless profile is public.
There isn't away to cherry pick only scanning database only said targets without knowing them to begin with, so kind of SOL on that.
