TF2 rated wrong?

should TF2 be mature rated??

It has lots of gore and swear words.

That's why they rated it M for Mature.

Doesn't that only apply to retail and console versions, not the Steam version as updated by Valve?
Also, the user doesn't have a country set, so another rating organization may apply.

Other countries have other names for their categories. The ESRB is the only one I'm aware of where someone would say "rated mature".

And another country's ratings board might have different ideas of what to rate mature.
