Go to your activity page, look in the right hand column for "My Comment History" and select "Other Comments" filter next.

It's comment history, not posts. You were told this many times.

Just so you know, whether a steam user or moderator deletes a post or a comment, Steam's moderators and administrators can still see it. It's not permanently removed from the database, just hidden from users. If you check your comment history, you can still see your deleted content.

If you report a comment, the support team can still see it even if the user deleted it, since it won't stop the report from being processed. They can even see what posts and comments were, before the user edited them. And if need be, moderators can also access chat logs for specific cases where serious violations are involved.

So users can't give them their own fabricated narrative and any action taken is in accordance to Steam's rules and guidelines for code of conduct.

Were you banned by a Steam moderator or a developer-appointed moderator? Because Steam will not reverse a ban issued by developer-appointed moderators, for that you would need to appeal the ban directly to the developer. And developer-appointed moderators obviously can't reverse a ban issued by Steam.

If you still don't know which are the Steam's "Rules and Guidelies of Conduct" after "being banned 5 times" then I'd even dare stating that the blame is upon you for repeating those said behavioural traits after having actions taken against those and not Steam and/or whatever Dev's "Moderation Staff" issued you with those.
But hey, whatever topsy-turvy scenario makes your nugget up there float... somehow.

Valve's steam department only has like 79 employees. They can't monitor the forums 24/7 and they review reports case-by-case and take into account the user's previous history when taking action. Repeat offenders, obviously get special treatment.

Because this time your appeal was right and upon all other previous ones it wasn't or you simply didn't appeal to have those previous other ones reversed. Simple 101 logic, if you ask me.
