Game ownership visibility to Devs?

Are authors/Devs able to see if any of the steam users 👥 👤 👥 who post on a particular steam game forums of their making that they own that game?

Yup... about 12 pixels to the right of the screen name and before the timestamp there will be an old-style computer mouse icon which means they own the game.

I thought that icon meant that the user is on desktop 🖥️ / laptop 💻.

If you mouse-over, it will say "Has <game name>"
