Steam trailers way too quiet
I don't know why, when and how (mayhap with the client redesign), while Steam trailers now play fine, without buffering a hundred million times like they had in previous years, they are now way too quiet for whatever reason. Steam is set to 100% in my Volume mixer, as are all other applications. Is there some other way to adjust the volume inside of the client? (The volume on the video player is also maxed out)

Thank you. Saying "I don't have this issue" is a very helpful resolution to the issue.

Okay, I fixed it. I was running my audio through a virtual cable. The virtual cable was set to 100, but, at some point, I had set my headset volume to 58. Changed the output to the headset, changed it to 100, re-adjusted accordingly with the virtual cable and now it works. I also had to readjust Steam Client Webhelpers volume on my headset in the Windows volume mixer, as it didn't show up under Voicemeeter in the Windows volume mixer, for whatever reason.

That answer is there to tell you that it isn't normal that it is so quiet. I know it doesn't help you fix it, but it rules out that its Steams fault.
