there's no free speech on privately owned forums, free speech only protects from government persecution, private or public companies don't have to abide by it

Since when is Steam a governmental entity that is legally obligated to guarantee the right to free speech on its platform?

No, you're not. Your payment only grants you license to access the game for as long as you abide by the terms of the license. Community access is a privilege offered for as long as you abide by those rules; something you did not do.
