Steam Market Error
It's been MONTHS since I last checked the market, let alone my inventory. Now Steam is having this error and the last time I told Steam Support this (which was a few weeks ago), all they gave me was: "Hello,

Thanks for reporting this.

The error indicates that you are sending too many requests to the game's item servers. This most often happens when a browser extension is gathering information about items on a page, or when an IP address is shared across multiple accounts, which often happens when using a VPN, especially peer-to-peer VPNs.

Unfortunately, we have no way of removing these restrictions. We recommend removing any extensions that automate item and inventory activity and disabling all VPN usage. Please note there may be a delay of up to one day between removing the extensions and being able to browse the market or Steam inventories.

We aren't able to offer any assistance with this issue, so this ticket is now closed. If you have an unrelated issue, please open a new help request, and we will be happy to help.

Steam Support"

Is there any other way to fix this so I finally sell some stuff from my inventory?

Oh man, glad i wasn't alone...After many trial and errors i finally found my fix albeit its more of a crutch then a fix...first try some of these generic fixes and then lastly go for my nuclear option.
Dont, spam the inventory or market, it usually takes a day to get over the rate limit, so while you implement the fixes, leave it for a day.
Incase you havent done as the support suggested, try that out and if it doesnt work still then your IP from your ISP might be shared and someone else caused the block. Unplug your router from power for 5-10 minutes. This often causes your ISP to assign you a fresh, new IP address when it reconnects.
If that still doesnt work then try a different Wifi or a Mobile network just to access the steam market, (get the app for steam on your phone), thats what works for me all the time.
Hope this helps you out.
This bug has no solution and happens every day at the same time. In my case, I'm from Argentina, and the marketplace is blocked from 1 AM to 7 AM, every day for months now. It happens regardless of whether I'm using my PC or not. It's unbelievable that Steam wants us to use their marketplace more but doesn't seem to know about these bugs, and this one is quite widespread.
