issues with steam guides?
I’m not sure what’s going on with my Steam at the moment, but I’ve been trying to upload a new guide and it just won’t let me. I keep getting the error message:

“There was a problem processing your request.”

It's been like this for the last three days, and I'm not sure what's going on with it. I've tried through the application and through the browser and even on my mobile, and nothing seems to work. Is there any way to fix this issue?

I contacted Steam Support, and they got back to me this morning, stating they refreshed my account, but the issue is still happening. I went onto my alt Steam account and tried to upload a guide to that account, and I'm still running into the same issues.

Do you have too much text in it? A guide needs to be split into different categories. If you put everything in a single one, you most likely exceed the max character limit.

Not at all. It's only a title and the picture (which is a GIF). I've never had issues with making them before. The character limit is just fine, the title and GIF are SFW, and the GIF meets the right MB requirements, so I'm not too sure why I'm having issues.
