well I've submitted a support ticket to find out EXACTLY what the message was about... 9/10 they'll say "we can't provide that information" just like they say "we've looked into it and it's justified" every time they issue a false ban.

aka mod abuse. >.>

It's not harassment rofl. It's the automated system when a ticket has been worked on and action taken.

I haven't reported anyone within their operational time frame. there's nothing to have been worked on.

why is there an automated message for nothing?

They're not fake. Sometimes they just take forever to actually address profile reports sometimes, or send out the notifications that they took action.

No they will not provide you details about what action they took on some else's account. It's not your account so it's none of your business.

they're obviously pissed that I wasn't triggered by them sticking harassing "support reply" notifications in my feed, then repeatedly refreshing my feed, then bugging the whole thing out sticking me with a "reply from support" notification for about a month... they now need to repeatedly send me fake "community message" notifications >.>

Nope. Since "refusing to fix it" is a baseless claim. They also aren't abusing it, it's an automated system. The notification bug has been on and off for a while now.

It's not your account so no it's none of your business. The action Valve took is between them and the account owner and no one else.

Yes their backlog is that long...

My last report on a profile was in June. I know the account i reported and it was community banned in September. A Few hours before the automated message showed up.

If you don't want the automated messages do not report posts or profiles and you won't get them.

ya, they've pretty much told me the same... "if you don't want to be harassed don't involve the mods"

tho they do tend to involve themselves...
