Now that EA was bought out and went private, I don't hold out much hope for deep discounts.
That deal doesn’t go through until mid? (I think) next year, though. I’m hoping it won’t go through at all because at the moment I have zero desire to give EA another cent of my money. I’ll still eventually play their current/older games I want to play if the sale goes through-EA just won’t get any money from me playing them if it does.
If they were smart they’d do a clearance-style sale (90%-95%) for all but their most successful 2025 titles before the buyout goes through-I guess they aren’t smart.
