my girlfriend cant login to her account, when she tried to reset password, it sent her to the non existent account (which was created on the spot, account is completely empty and fresh), but later i checked and her real account was switched to a non existent gmail (similar to her old one but not the same) which she now has access to. i tried to help her on my pc but on the 1st try i got error "too many attempts" even tho i tried only 1 time. i would kindly like to ask if her account gets gmail all sorted out and also that if we have issues in the future, that we are not bound by ip because we have seperate computers and seperate accounts and would not like to be handycapped by same ip or location.
