Also, account alerts aren't embedded within official support tickets. They are their own separate thing.
Just report and block the user.

Yes, lets throw more links at them with things they most likely dont understand.
Just make them question the validity of these "reports."
Why would your friend get a message from Steam Support concerning your own account?
Why wouldnt Steam Support talk to you directly if there was such a report?
What does "illegal" purchase even mean and have you done anything even remotely close to making a purchase in the first place?
Relax and just think about it for a moment.
If your conclusion after thinking about this is that it doesnt make any sense then you would be correct.
Its fear mongering tactics in order to provoke you to make rash and unwise decisions.
