Will Steam Machine allow 3rd party controllers?
Obviously the answer to this is yes, BUT...will they allow them wirelessly and without any input lag? I really wanna use my XSX controller this way.

If they are aleardy supported on Steam, obviously yes as well.

You read the text under right? The bluetooth connection has been pretty ♥♥♥♥ on PC when I try to do it that way. Have to use long wire cable.

Why wouldn't they? I mean you can use any controller you want wirelessly on the Steam deck so why would it be any different on the Steam machine? It's not any different when loading SteamOS on a Mini PC either, and that's all the Steam Machine is, a Valve made Mini PC with an AMD custom APU.
