Steam Machine Lingering Questions
Will there be a cross over version of decky utilities for the steam machine with plugin market?

Will there be big screen & desktop mode like with steam deck?

Will there be a separate steam machine verified badge for games like with steam deck?

Outside of SSD will there be any up gradable components?

Will there be different models like with the steam deck?

Will the machine benefit from lossless scaling or will amd work with steam for latest fsr support?

Will bootable emulation drives/USB/MicroSD work?

Will this be good for virtual pinball machines and or multicade arcade systems?

Will existing emustation compatibility carry over with plug & play?

Will the machine be a viable option for stream source for steam deck and for the steam frame vr?

You should start watching some of the tech channels that made videos about it today.

Most of these answers are known.

2. Yes.
3. Yes.
4. Yes, RAM and Storage.
5. Yes, 512GB and 2 TB config possibly more base RAM later on.
6. It currently supports LS Frame Gen you can get upscaling from Gamescope which is baked into BPM and from what I heard they are working with AMD on FSR4 not sure where that is going probably going to integrate FS4 into Gamescope.

8. Yes, its the same software as Steam Deck they will just update it to work on the Steam Machine
9. Its kinda the point of it.
