Can't gift steam gift cards with web money
why i can't gift steam gift cards with web money? i try to gift a gift card to my second account and it says wait for few more minutes, but i still can't gift it. does someone has a explanation about this bug or idk i need to have something in my second account?

I think it knows its your account and you cant gift to yourself. It sounds like your exploiting something.
Log into your other account and buy what you want using wallet funds does it grant you?

i dont think that steam knows that this is my second account. and why i need to use my real money on other account when i literally can use my steam money to buy a gift card for other account like it doesn't make sense

No store allows you to buy a gift card with another gift card. Thats what your wallet is: store credit, not cash money.
