Mouse-only games?

Any that you want to recommend for a friend who recently lost his left hand in the on-going Russo-Ukrainian war? He liked FPS, RPG (any kind), Open-World games. Thanks 👍🏻

My immediate though is any point-and-click focused RPG, like the ones Aluvard posted above.

For FPS titles, that's just a bit harder. Maybe get a head tracking mouse solution of some kind. I know there are multiple options for that, and then replace WASD with the numeric keypad with his right hand.
