steam support
I've been trying to reach Steam support for half an hour now. No luck. There's no way to send an email, the support page keeps saying they're unavailable, and my question isn't listed anywhere. It's a very simple question: where did my "followed" list go? As a long-time customer, I'm being ignored more and more, and it seems the incredibly stupid AI is now handling all contact options. What a way we've come.

Hit help on the top of the client, click steam support.
Click steam community
Click the option that says "My issue isn't listed here"
Scroll down the page to "Contact Steam Support"

From there you can type what it is you want to tell them.
I get to my Followed Games from my Steam account profile by clicking on Games on the right side of my profile (below Badges, above Inventory), then clicking on the Followed Tab.

You can also get to your Followed Games from the Steam Store by clicking on More⌄ at the top of the Steam Store page, selecting View All from the drop-down menu, then clicking on Followed Games & Software at the bottom of the My Account section on the left.

I had never gone to my Followed Games from the Steam Store page before, but from what I have read, it took less clicks to get there before the last Steam Store page redesign. I think Followed Games should be added to the Browse⌄ drop-down menu or to the drop-down menu from hovering a mouse pointer over STORE at the top left of the Steam client.

One way you could make a Steam Support ticket for an account issue is to click on Help at the top of the Steam client, select Steam Support from the drop-down menu, click on My Account, scroll down to the bottom and click on Data Related to Your Steam Account, scroll all the way down to tthe bottom and click on Contact Steam Support

where did my "followed" list go?

Click on your username at the top of the page (found between Community and Chat)
Click "Games"
Click "Followed"

OR from the store:

Click "More" (found right next to the search bar)
Click "View all"
Click "Followed Games & Software" (last item in the list under the heading "My Account")

I love how AI randomly means any automated system now, or any system that doesn't just let customers suck up resources because they'd rather hassle a person than use a search engine.
