My question is what's the question here I mean what should we or support do with this info?

Because you're obviously in the wrong place. Steam support is found under 'HELP' at the top of the Steam client.

Also, Steam support cannot help you with third-party titles such as Call of Duty.

Probably because Steam Support doesn't handle game issue in CoD...
