Is there a way to tell if you been warned or banned?
So I made a post about a hour ago.
Nothing bad was said or anything.
If anything, The post was more of a heads up of a Clone Made Game.
And the Dev. of the game here gave up on their. But uses it as a Quick cash grab.
nothing note worthy of a ban over all.

anyways so after posting that. I notice I can no longer Post anything on ANY game I played
or would like to play.
The fact I see myself able to post here is questionable in my head.

Anyways. I then notice the person who posted in my topic for the game.
Is a Mod. of some kind on Steam? Or their profile has it claim on it.
And their post hint at nothing of a warning, or Ban.
I looked at both my emails ( Gmail and Yahoo.)
And there is no note or anything saying Im Warned/Block/Ban/etc.
So I have no clue as to why I can not Post anything any more
I dont know if I am Warned/Block/Ban, whatever.

so if you was to get Warning, Block, Ban from making post and whatnot. how would you know?

Click on the bell on the top right.

For block, just send the person a trade request and if it pops up an error that means they blocked you. Blocking is useless in steam forums however.

(And how dare you jump me with that background)

You would get a notification in the Steam client. And a message with information about the warning/ban.

And in any forum in which you are banned, the word banned will be next to your profile name in red lettters.

Click on the bell on the top right.

For block, just send the person a trade request and if it pops up an error that means they blocked you. Blocking is useless in steam forums however.

Jump you with what background??? Like whats in My profile? thats been like that for years. Or as long as steam added it to it.

cause Im sitting here thinking Im Block/Ban from posting anything anywhere.
I went to all the games I made posts in before with no problems and Im unable to post anything in any of them

meaning?
Maintenance.
Tuesdays are maintenance.

Any warnings or bans come as notifications in your client. If banned from a section you'll see a red banner informing you of such.

today i received a message from a random user saying that i bought something from him from the community market and didn't pay him something that never happened, he said that he reported me and i am in the process of getting banned even though i never received any emails or notification from Steam about this ban, he also provided me with a screenshot of the ticket so i am not sure if this is real or just a phishing attempt.

It is a scam.

Report the profile then block them.
