Idk i just accepted the fact that the report profile option just deliberately doesnt work.
Bc i honestly don't even know what else could be the issue. I literally even moved places since i had this bug for the first time, meaning i have a different ISP.
All i want to say with this, that this "bug" happens to me in so many different scenarios that to me it honestly either feels like it deliberately doesnt work, or idk there are higher powers preventing me from ever reporting a profile.
Honestly there never was a time where i was even remotely satisfied with the steam client anyway. But i feel like this basic function should just work.
Yet sadly doesn't have much to do with my main point.
Except he literally just explained it.
Why did you completely ignore what he wrote? LOL wut.
Also, while I have no clue why the Report profile doesn't work for the OP, there is literally mountains of evidence it actually will work and has worked in the past for many users.
Seems legit, as they say.
Oddly you should know it works, weren't you pretending to be another user before?
Edit:
Oh, yep checking post history, pretending to be Jamebonds1.
And usually within hours to days, I can see the profile was actioned because the name and/or avatar was removed.
