Try to use some punctuation and coherent wording.
Are you suggesting something, observing/stating it, or asking for help with a certain problem? Not clear.
What you wrote does not make any (clear?) sense.
And there is also no official steam staff on discord.

It is better than Slack free mode, which we used previously.
Of course, they are all slightly different from usability perspective.
I liked ICQ & Skype too, but they both went dead/defunct in the recent 1-2 years. :(
Skype got replaced by MS Teams, and while not a huge difference between them some folks despise Teams for its notoriously bad quality it had in the past for certain functions.
But YMMV, as Teams is being improved fast.
(Also, my small child used MS Teams just fine a few years ago, when we had to do those home school online classes due to COVID'19 lockdown.)
