When I try to go to some games that has the adult mature content in it I get an verify with Bank card I own I did and put my card on and waited for over a week and still cant access the game store is it me or is the system broken?

Steam only allows the use of Credit Cards as verification, since people under 18 can acquire Debit Cards.

So I can't see or buy adult games despite being over 30+ that's broken. :(

Sorry to hear you live in a dictatorship in the making, best of luck to you in the resulting events probably soon to come.

But yeah as others said, only a cc counts as being an "adult" where you live.

Even though that prevents nearly 0 of underaged users from accessing content, only the most observant parent will prevent such, majority will hand over the cc to shut the kid up.

You can see them, but access to their store page is restricted until you verify your are 18 or older.

Well Its just means that I be buying my adult games other platform and steam will miss out on the sales.

Don't be surprised if you find that those other platforms have the same, or similar requirements. The laws in the UK affect every platform selling adult content

Ya if that happen I more likely go to the Dodgy sites then and if get arrest Its the UK government fault for not letting a 30+ age adult to adult game then really. its sad really.

Credit cards are the easiest way for Steam to follow the UK laws as Steam already accepts credit cards and it doesn't require more sensitive info....like your government ID.

And using dodgy sites will put you at risk of getting scammed.

I do not own a Credit card I tried to get one but the banks will not give me one so I'm stuck with other site's for adult games until then really. Its my life one thing after another really. :(

Have you checked your Store preferences maybe you can adjust some settings there.

I checked. I got General Mature Content then Frequent Violence Or Gore then I have Some Nudity or Sexual Content but then I got a message saying something about UK online Safety Act to add a card but my Debit Card is useless does not work. So I am missing like two other setting that used to be there.
