Can you help me or explain what's happening with Steam right now? Every time I hibernate my PC without closing Steam, when I turn it on and want to play a game, Steam goes offline and won't come back online. And I have to constantly restart my PC to get Steam back online.

This never happened before, and there was nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi connection. I could even watch YouTube and open other game launchers, but not Steam.
