Download Stuck

Has anyone been having problems with downloading games from Steam?
I asked cause my copy of ARK keeps getting stuck at 98%

What country are you in?
Which ISP?

* Try restarting your PC or laptop, this often helps.

* Try restarting your WiFi router/cable modem, disconnect from AC power for 10-15 seconds, or restart it via the router/modem Admin Panel, if you have access to that.

If nothing works --> Try asking in the game forums, i.e. not here.

Please check here and Yes Steam has been iffy lately. Its only Steam as I look at the green lights on the router.

Isnt this whats happening to people still on win7?

I don't think that quoted ARK game will work on Windows 7 OS. :)
( I could be wrong. If so, someone correct me. )

yeah, I had similar issues
it sometimes completely stops or jumps from 90 Mbps to 10 Kbps for some reason, then it goes back to normal.
My internet connection is fine, I even tested it, no losses of packets.

edit, I just had 0 bps speed 😂😂
