Is steam ok? I keep getting random steam trading cards in my inventory.

I am on steam for like more then a decade, this never hapened, out of nowhere i have new trading cards couple times a week. Only cards i always have aredropet from i game i play. And know randomlly i wake up and have random cards in inventory. Today i wake up and have from MAFIA 1 remake.
