I just went outside and enjoyed the sun while I doom scrolled a bit while I waited for it to finish.

I was at work, though my laptop was logged into Steam. I didn't even notice, and found out just this evening.

i was online while this was happening but went to sleep since till it was over

I was at my desk crushing a grape in anger, screaming and cursing at how useless Steam is for allow this to happen while I was at my PC.

That's all I noticed as well, got a notice of someone posting something, thread wouldn't open for a few minutes at a time or when trying to jump between forums page wouldn't load.

It was also Tuesday, so any connection weirdness could easily have been chalked up to Tuesday regularly scheduled maintenance.
