Had to unplug my internet cable to access my Steam Account kek
Like my Steam was trying to log in but failed every time, so I killed it, unpluged my internet cable...voilà, ran straight out of the box into offline mode.

Somehow the timeout is bugged, or it's at least now working when Steam is in maintenance/DDOS-mode.

Worked fine when i did it, tried to login, after a few attempts it failed and prompted me to login to offline mode.
