I am a disabled Oklahoma Veteran with tax exempt status.
I would like to update my account to be tax free and there is no option to, nor is there any way to get a hold of anyone that is being offered.

Help please.

What you are talking about does not apply to steam.
Only applies to tangible personal property and services, so digital games are not covered
Unfortunately, you have to file for a tax refund though the OTC and track all sales on Steam and file for it.

Valve cannot verify the card you're given, so that's your only option.

Also, last I checked, this only applied to physical goods? So may want to check on that as well.

Last i remember, it doesn't apply to digital goods on a digital storefront and only physical products through rebates you submit through veterans affairs.
