Steam Version Game Rewards Disabled – Must Go to Another Platform to Watch Ads

Hi everyone,

I’m playing a game on Steam and ran into a situation that seems unfair:

- After linking my game account to another platform, some in-game rewards that should be available for Steam players have been disabled.
- The game now instructs me to go to another platform that can play ads in order to claim these rewards, so Steam players cannot get them directly.

As far as I know, Steam policies require that Steam users have fair access to in-game content and should not be redirected to other platforms to receive items or benefits.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Do you think this could be a violation of Steam’s Distribution Agreement or other Steam rules?
