how do i contacted steam support
i got a trojan about 5 days ago and had to do a lot of cleaning/recovery

a game was removed from my account via gifted

how do i get assistance to get this back

in the client, click on Help, then select steam support, then one of the reasons that is close to what your problem is.

i tried looking under stolen account and stolen inventory but none of these are actually bringing me to steam support via email

If the licence was removed then you restore it via the 'it's not in my library' wizard. If the transaction was reversed then you'll need to check that the person gifting has a refund pending.

I am not doing that, you probably got me confused with someone else.
(Yes, this sounds like me, but I am mostly doing that elsewhere, not here.)

Also, I am using the forums actively for only an year, year and half approximately.
(and not 20 years)

(I am indeed a Steam user for over 20 years, but not Steam Communities user for that long.)
